Terbo-OZ Cream is a broad-spectrum topical formulation used for the treatment of mixed skin infections associated with bacterial, fungal, and inflammatory conditions. It combines antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory agents to provide rapid relief from itching, redness, swelling, and skin irritation.

Composition

• Ofloxacin – Antibacterial agent
• Ornidazole – Anti-microbial & anti-protozoal agent
• Itraconazole – Antifungal agent
• Clobetasol Propionate – Corticosteroid (anti-inflammatory)

Mechanism of Action

Ofloxacin

A fluoroquinolone antibiotic that inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV enzymes, preventing bacterial DNA replication and leading to bacterial cell death.

Ornidazole

Damages microbial DNA structure and inhibits nucleic acid synthesis, helping eliminate anaerobic bacteria and certain protozoa.

Itraconazole

An antifungal agent that inhibits ergosterol synthesis in fungal cell membranes, resulting in fungal cell damage and death.

Clobetasol Propionate

A potent corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, itching, redness, and swelling by suppressing inflammatory mediators in the skin.

Terbo-OZ Cream is indicated for:

• Fungal skin infections
• Mixed bacterial & fungal infections
• Ringworm (Tinea corporis)
• Athlete’s foot (Tinea pedis)
• Jock itch (Tinea cruris)
• Infected dermatitis
• Eczema with secondary infection
• Skin redness, itching & inflammation
• Allergic fungal infections
• Superficial skin infections caused by susceptible organisms
